API Request Failures: 529 Overloaded Error Consistently Occurring

Bug Description it's a few hours that I get various api errors among which ⎿ API Error: 529 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"overloaded_error","message":"Overloaded"}}

  • Platform: macos
  • Terminal: vscode
  • Version: 1.0.17

There are several of these reports starting around 7:00pm ET US today (most look like from version 1.0.17 which seemed to go out on Friday/weekend). Here is the first issue I see in the backlog:
