[BUG] Alt+K for the vs code extension is not working

What's Wrong?

The shortkey for adding file into the the prompt is not working (Alt+K)

What Should Happen?

When I press Alt+K, the file should be mentioned in the prompt

1. Focus to a file when the extension is opened
2. Press Alt+K

The file is not mentioned in the prompt
