[BUG] Compacting conversation twice

What's Wrong?

During a session with CC it hits Compacting Conversation. Exit conversation AFTER, or nearly immediately. claude --continue and next message will trigger Compacting Conversation again. It will also try to start previous finished work again.

What Should Happen?

only needs to compact once. super annoying.
