Need a way to gauge usage and how close to the limit when using a Claude Max plan

I'm on the Claude Max plan and am trying to gauge how much I can use Opus 4 vs Sonnet, how many sessions I can have in parallel, and how long I can code for before hitting the 5-hour limit, how soon to the session window resets the usage, etc.

/cost just says no need to monitor it's include in your subscription.

The Anthropic web console only shows usage for API credit usage. There's no metrics for subscription plan usage.

I would like a way to see my current usage on a plan.
