[Feature Request] Add notification system for long-running sessions with configurable delay

Bug Description claude code should send notifications to my claude app when it needs feedback. That way I could walk away from long running sessions. Maybe wait a minute or so before giving a notification so I don't get bothered if I'm not away from the desk.
