[Bug] Claude Code performance degradation - behaving erratically

Bug Description You guys did something to claude code, in the last days is terrible again behaves like a 3 years old AGAIN!

CLAUDE and OPUS were working fine, and then in the last 3-4 days ... ius just rabish again. I cannot tell for sure what is but my impresion is you are not running OPUS all the time, is like you are running the cheapest model for lots of the requests

I am dealing with the degradation now too! TodoWrite tool is a total mess!
