Invalid JSON Configuration Causing Startup Crash and Interaction Failure

Bug Description

• When there is a syntax error in settings.json (something like a missing comma), Claude Code displays unhelpful crashing errors on launch then after each user input, it just displays "Interaction interrupted by User" and does nothing.
