[BUG] CLI scrolling entire chat session every character typed

What's Wrong?

When typing in the CLI each character typed causes the screen to quickly scroll through entire conversation making it extremely difficult to type anything quickly. Does not matter the key used, can be a letter, backspace, arrow key.

What Should Happen?

The console should just allow me to type without scrolling the entire conversation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Cli
2. Ask first question
3. Touch any key on your keyboard - screen quickly flashes top of conversation and scrolls down.

I had that issue too, it disappeared with redimensionning the VS Code window and a computer restart

Its actually now crashing claude, i'll see if i can get logs, but upon restart after the crash the /resume was at a point 30 minutes prior so it lost a whole bunch of session.
