[BUG] missing /login and /logout commands

What's Wrong?

VS Code extension version 2.0.072 OS Windows 10

Both /login & /logout give "no matching commands" message. Extension has been uninstalled and reinstalled - no change in behavior.

What Should Happen?

Claude should allow me to /login.
