[BUG] Claude COde doesn't work on WSL2, WHY ??????????
I am on WSL2, VS Code/Cursor, and I cannot get this to work !!!!
@bcherny , @8enmann : could you please help on this?
Yes it was working before the auto update
This has just stopped working for me also, it linked fine with 1.0.0, but now in 1.0.4 it refuses to relink after I changed some things.
I have this issue too. I see it "connected" when looking at /status but when using /ide the IDE doesn't appear. tried this in cursor and windsurf, neither work.
The IDE integration features don't work at all now. using WSL2 btw.
this happened in 1.0.4 @ashwin-ant
@ltawfik @np-anthropic : could you please help on this blocking issue??
same problem here
I just installed it and yeah it does not work, the extension is installed properly and visible within Cursor, but it says there's no available IDEs detected within claude.
Dupe here w/ some additional details: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/1399
Thanks for the report, and sorry for the inconvenience! We have found the issue and submitted a fix, should be available in the next release!
