[Bug] /bug command output not copyable and GitHub issue length validation fails without fallback

Bug Description I just used /bug to submit a detailed report and was offered to submit a github issue. Github complained it was too long. so now i don't have the UUID originally presented to reference my issue submission, or a copy of the text of the submission for me, or the ability to file a github issue without completely re-typing a new version of the report.

Same issue - using Wezterm terminal, with Tmux, on MacOS. This has completely broken my workflow; I've now reverted to a pinned [email protected] which doesn't have this issue.

Command output not copyable* is the issue I have! Bigger issue (also new) is that I can't scroll in panes - this is the breaking change for me (I'll create new issue later)
