What's Wrong?

When I started working with claude code today 12/7/2025, I noticed that not everything I was copying was coming out when I pasted it. I copied a piece of code that claude desktop had written it was 432 lines and when I pasted it, only 330ish came out. I can type complete paragraphs, there appears to be no issue with typing input but the pasting feature is broken. This occurs in both powershell and windows command prompt.

What Should Happen?

The dev team should look at the copy paste feature and figure out why there is a new very small limit on pasted input.

no error messages appear. It just doesn't paste everything.

copy and paste anything 400-500 lines long.
