Japanese input UX improvements
Hello! When I enter Japanese characters in the prompt input form of the claude command's interactive session, the text appears in a different location from the input form. Pressing Enter enters the text correctly, so there is no problem with usage, but the UX is not good, so I would like this to be improved.

When entering directly from the console, Japanese text is entered at the cursor position. This is the expected behavior.

Environment:
Claude Code Version: 1.0.3
OS: macOS Sequoia Version 15.3.2
Shell: zsh
Editor : GoLand 2025.1 (Build #GO-251.23774.430, built on April 14, 2025) (The same behavior occurs in the default Mac terminal.)
IME: MacOS default IME (The same behavior occurs in the popular Japanese input method editor “Google Japanese Input” in Japan.)
I need this 👍
I've created an app that makes Japanese input easier, so I'd like to share it.
It's an input-only app that can be used quickly and easily, like a launcher app. https://github.com/nkmr-jp/prompt-line
For me personally, this has completely eliminated the stress of Japanese input.
While this does not solve the issues with Claude Code itself, I think it is one of the effective approaches to various issues related to Japanese input UX at this point. ( #1547 #1697 #2054 #2335 #2339 #2478 #2566, etc.)
