[Feature Request] Persistent command permissions not working in VS Code extension

Bug Description How can I make Claude not ask for permissions every 10 seconds on commands? I've added them in the allow list, in CLAUDE.md, I've told it to not ask again a million times. I'm using the VS Code extensions and it seems like the permissions simply do not work at all.
