[BUG] Missing AWS Bedrock US Inference Profile for Opus 4.5

What's Wrong?

Bedrock currently only supports new Claude Opus 4.5 via the global inference profile global.anthropic.claude-opus-4-5-20251101-v1:0, and there are no regional profiles.

This makes it unusable for some companies.

Same here in eu-west-1, I expected to see Inference Profile eu.anthropic.claude-opus-4-5-20251101-v1:0

Yep, this is also leading to bedrock users needing to manually configure it, even if it is permitted by their company, or else it will automatically try to route to the us. inference profile.
