[BUG] Cant resume chat [API error 400]

What's Wrong?

Background: I have claude pro Im using VS code extension of claude code: Windows 11

Error:

i always get stuck with this error at one point:

API Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"messages.7.content.10.image.source.base64.data: Image does not match the provided media type image/jpeg"},"request_id":"req_011CUhYyJaSxQTAv7tSiNmH5"}

Later im forced to start a new chat, which has no context of the previous chat.

What Should Happen?

It should send some kind of warning or traceback option to resume chat.

Steps to Reproduce

I have a habit of attaching screenshots in most part of my coversation with claude code, and i think at one point it just throws me this error and stops responding.
