UMD, GRUNT upgraded, fixing travis build, README update

Hi, some small changes to pull.

Changed

• UMD wrapper for production version
• upgrading grunt & node_modules
• tests dependencies as bower dev dependencies
• making load event compatible with backbone SOS
• backbone dev dependency version

Fixed

• fixing failing child already contains the model test

Added

• section into README.MD about handling of model remove events
