fresh installation + publish doesn't load on gateway

Great library, I'm very grateful for it. But for some reason I can't get the gateway link to load. I follow the instructions and everything works including localhost:8000/ipns/<address> - but then I try to visit the gateway with the same protocol + address combo, and it never loads (times out). Are there any additional steps besides those listen on the readme?

@unrival-protocol I know its been over a year but try changing the port number.
