Building on gentoo-hardened compilers is not SMP-SAFE

Even when pie disabled (and all compiler flags and versions same), memtest86+ cannot run in SMP mode, it just reboot or hangs after selecting SMP option. In ordinary or failsafe it runs correctly. There is no error on any other (for example debian/fedora) gcc.
