USBManager USB list permission works till next device restart

Hello everyone, I have a problem regarding the device's permissions to access the list of connected USBs. Once authorization is given, it works correctly every time the list is requested but after restarting the device, it requests authorization. Has anyone solved this using third-party systems? Thank you
