Settings disabled on Open code desktop

Description

Settings button is disabled when I instaled the latest version of opencode desktop for windows PC. I'm on windows 10

Steps to reproduce

  1. install open code
  2. try clicking on settings button
  3. you cant'

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #8988: settings button not working after latest update (Windows 11, version 1.1.25)
  • #8839: settings are disabled (reported with new update)
  • #8784: The settings button cannot be clicked
  • #8856: Settings button is not clickable (Windows, version 1.1.23)
  • #9107: cant access settings on desktop version mac (version 1.1.25)

All these issues report the settings button being disabled/non-clickable after updating to version 1.1.25 across different operating systems. Feel free to ignore if your specific case differs from these.

Win11 reproduced the same issue in version 1.1.25, and the reinstallation didn't solve it

+1 (Win11 25H2, 1.1.25) The mouse cursor changes to the forbidden icon 🚫 when hovering over the settings icon. Issue persists with admin rights.
