Confirm it appears after #7962 merged into dev, and if I revert #7962 ebbb4dd88a55a69ea1722eb0622b91d697acf507 and following chore: generate e6045ca925fa946839dc75663a9a3ea930a54e1a, then back to normal.

1. Building a windows tauri v2 environment
2. running cd packages/desktop && bun run tauri build in bash
3. Install the exe file.
4. Startup the OpenCode Dev desktop
