Zed extension hangs on "Loading..." when opening Git repositories on Windows

Description

The OpenCode extension for Zed editor hangs indefinitely on "Loading..." when opening any Git repository on Windows. The extension works fine in non-Git directories.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install OpenCode extension in Zed on Windows
2. Open any directory that contains a Git repository
3. Try to open the OpenCode assistant panel
4. Observe: Extension gets stuck on "Loading..." indefinitely

It still exists for 1.1.14, sad. Is there any workaround?
