Wrong line calculation in edit diff

Description

As can be seen in the image, the the 23th line isn't written in the left for the same thing on the right even though they were unchanged, and the red deletion highlight messed up probably because of the wrong line calculation as

  • Read /novels/{novel}/config/ files for voice and POV guidelines

should have been highlighted.
