Updatable list doesn't clear once apps are up to date

v1.4.9 beta

The updatable list still has lots of entries even when all apps on the list are already up to date. Am I misunderstanding what this list should mean?

If I force kill App Watcher and clear its cache the list updates, so it appears it is a bug.
