Setting to auto-import installed apps

In order to keep all installed appds in sync it would be great to have an entry in the settings that allowed you to automatically import all installed apps before doing a refresh.

By having it import before a refresh my thoughts is that it would essentially auto-import on what ever schedule you set up the refresh to, or manually if you set it to manual

Nice idea, need to consider how delete function will work, since every new sync will re-import deleted items

Hmmm, I guess the initial implementation wouldnt do anything fancy, just reimport them, if you dot want that behaviour then disable the setting
