[Feature] Code folding / Tabs

First off, Really love stylebot!

I usually write a lot of css and this extension has helped me a lot with my work... However,

The problem

On the sites I use stylebot the most, the sheer amount of lines used has become so much that I have trouble finding parts I want to change. Specifically with single-page applications with a lot of pages.

In these types of situations I usually try to section off code using comments, but this quickly becomes messy and hard to track.

My suggested solution

Tabs!

A tab consists of a

• name
• toggle for the entire tab
• css styling

Positioning

I think the tabs would fit in right above the code editor. It could be either a long horizontal row like browser tabs, or maybe a dropdown since the window is quite narrow.
