Resizable divider should have a onHover color transition

When hovered over by a mouse, the resizable divider should have a color change to indicate it is resizable.

Are you sure this is the latest main build? Because It doesn't have an onHover color rn.

Could you send a video?

On my emulator:

  • I see a hover cursor, but not a hover color
  • The color is set after the click
