Inconsistnecies between some dialog messages

There are four small inconsistnecies between these dialogs.

1. Some of them use blue boxes, some use lines.
2. Some use "Rename", others use "OK".
3. Some add text in the border of the blue box, others don't.
4. If a name already exists: some display a red warning message, others grey the button, and still others use a toast message. The rename card type dialog allows using the same name for different cards, but then secretly adds a "+" to the name of one of those cards!

P.S. I didn't want to clutter the issue tracker with 4 separate tiny issues. Also, I have opened https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/issues/18528 before noticing these other differences.
