[BUG]: Timeboxing doesn't stop timer

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
- Turn on Timeboxing
- Turn on show timer from deck options
- Review cards normally
- Wait until the pop up appears
Expected behaviour
The timer should stop.
Actual behaviour
The timer doesn't stop.

Thank you guys! It probably messes up with FSRS if the timer keeps running. This will help.
FSRS doesn't look at time taken.
