Allow users to choose editor for cropping image

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With the latest update there is a built-in editor for cropping image (if I'm not wrong). But I can't use my own image croper/editor after this update.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow users to choose editor for crop image button. This can be implemented with long press action or another button/option in Editing Field Menu (below Audio recording/Clip, named with Use External Editor for example)

Describe alternatives you've considered Actually this is not very related with problem but if built-in Image Editor would be more feature-rich actually there could no problem for me. Drawing over image is a necessary feature for a editor I guess. I was using Basic Editor of https://github.com/SimpleMobileTools/Simple-Gallery tool and it has drawing over image feature. Built-in Drawing feature just opens a new image. Probably I need open a new issue for this feature request?

Additional context Version: 2.16.2 Couldn't find any setting for crop or edit

I think allowing for an external editor would be a good improvement. Note that it will be a while until this would be implemented.
