[Bug] When Full screen navigation drawer is enabled, dragging finger across Card browser search field does not move the cursor but instead opens/closes the drawer

Reproduction Steps

1. Enable Full screen navigation drawer
2. Go to Card browser
3. Type some text in the search input
4. Drag finger across text (do not drag the cursor handle)

Expected Result

Cursor is moved

Actual Result

Drawer is opened/closed
