4K videos (h264. h265) lagging on 4K TV

on all TVs 4k video with h264 h265 codecs lags, even if you run an android studio 4k TV on the emulator, 4k video will lag

it happens when 4K video bitrate more then 5000 works perfectly on phones but lags on 4K TVs

Hey @777quinque, I think this is due to weaker process we have on android TVs compared to phones. But i will look into optimizing the decoding process which may help
