fab-toolbar: does not render correct background color when blurred
Whenever you click away the FAB toolbar in a safari iphone browser the color changes incorrectly. Try it a few times. Tested with default themes, custom themes, custom md-hue colors in chrome and safari. It works as expected in chrome

Using https://material.angularjs.org/HEAD/demo/fabToolbar (just prior to 1.1.11), I'm not seeing a significant difference between the behavior here on macOS Chrome, iOS Safari, and macOS Safari.
However, I do see some confusing behavior where sometimes when the Fab Toolbar is expanded, it shows a darker background and other times it shows a lighter background. I can take a look into this some more as a low priority issue, but if I'm missing some of the details here, please provide a more detailed description of the problem and some screenshots.
