bug(material/radio): Focus styling remains applied after touch up

Description

The focus styling of the radio buttons as described in issue 25090 is only fixed on non touch devices and on touch devices, if the button is touched directly. However if the label / text of the button is touched, the focus styling of the radiobutton remains after touch up.

Reproduction

Steps to reproduce:

1. https://material.angular.io/components/radio/overview
2. touch the radio button labels (with a touch device or desktop browser (chrome and edge) set to mobile view/development)

(on firefox the bug is not reproducable with development mobile view / touch emulation, but it is reproducable with a touch win10 device) (on ios safari the bug is not reproducable)

Expected Behavior

Remove the focus on touch up, if the label is touched.

Actual Behavior

The focus remains on touch up on the label.

• Browser(s): Chrome latest (win and android), egde (win), firefox (physical touch screen / win10)
