missing favicon

This seems to be missing from master: resources/images/favicons/android-chrome-192x192.png

@wardbell, just pick the original:

https://angular.io/resources/images/logos/angular2/angular.png

and shrink it with any tool to 192x192, then place it to:

./public/resources/images/favicons/android-chrome-192x192.png

(this would be a designers work, but it looks like he's on long-time vacation)
