ui-grid Column Filter got hide on horizontal Scroll

While i am scrolling the grid horizontally , column filter got hide. Please find below link for demo.

Scroll the scroll bar till last column and re-scroll it to first column,filters got hide.

This is still occurring in the 4.8 release.

I am aware, sorry, I wasn't trying to fix this yet. I just wanted to publish the fixes introduced via PRs in the last 3 months since I last published a version. I will look into it as soon as I can, but if you think you can fix it, I am accepting PRs.

Figured you knew about it, my comment was for others who are waiting for this to be fixed. I haven't gone looking in the source to find the cause. If I do I'll be sure to submit a PR.

@mportuga Could you please review/merge @NightlyFox 's PR that fixes this issue (I noticed many have reported this issue recently, I encountered it recently as well). It would be nice to have this fixed in the next release. Thank you in advance @NightlyFox Thank you for the fix
