hyperlink: make "Tern - go to definiton" available as separate command

Currently "Tern - go to definion" action is available only by "ctrl > mouse hover > select second menu entry". It would be nice to have it available as command in Preferences > General > Keys so one can assign a hot-key. Furthermore, is that possible to make it the default of ctr+click action so to skip hovering menu entry overhead?

I would like to do thay but I have not found how to do that. Any help are welcome.
