Missing (and wrong) tags for some releases

0.9.0, 0.9.1 and 0.10.0 releases have not been tagged on the repository. Since the project does not include a changelog either, it's hard to know which code each release contains.

Also, I think the current tagging is wrong. The 0.11.0 tag points to https://github.com/andypike/rectify/commit/dd77495f6d763bd28515b44e8b00af09562e0095, but it seems to be the exact same release as 0.12.0. It seems that the 0.11.0 tag name is wrong and should be 0.10.0 instead.
