Add overlay and recording hotkey

This is blocked by the integration of PresentMon, but eventually we will want to have an overlay on top of the running process as well as a way to trigger recording start/stop/newfile via global hotkey.

This would be great! Even having something in the main UI indicating that it's currently recording (like the window Icon switching colors or changing to a red record icon) would be really nice.

In terms of the current hotkey configuration am I correct when I assume that it functions much like the way FRAPS does by default. When I hit the hotkey it starts recroding then when I hit it again it stops?

That is unless I've given it a delay and/or time to run?

Thanks

brian - yeah, unfortunately it's a massive pain to have the overlay as we have to hook into the individual DirectX's, so if you are able to help with that it would be great.

As for hotkey, yep. If you leave the delay/timer field blank (and don't have any saved presets for that game) then it'll run until you exit the tool or press the hotkey again. Otherwise it'll work as you want with the timers.
