Firefox "already running"

I'm trying to open a link from one firefox profile to another. It's the same executable so when clicking on a link it just hangs firefox and eventually a pop-up comes up saying firefox is already running.

It could be fixed if that path accepted arguments? C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\Firefox.exe -no-remote -P "test"
