Broken site. Seems to affect more then 1.

Hi! The url here should allow me to DL a zip file but with script safe enabled (and scripts enabled), it does not work. If I disable scriptsafe my browser will DL the zip file no problem. I've had this problem on 2 servers so far, I forgot the first one. https://lvlworld.com/download/id:1254 I've tested on the opera 68.0.3618.165 and on FF 68.9.0esr. Only opera is affected. Thanks!
