Me too, no news, I've switch to noscript & trace to have "equivalent" + FF strict blocking.
No not really news for most of us that's true but there will no doubt be some less advanced users who are directed here by some blog so seeing a topic that lets them know the project is dead and they should try something else can't hurt
The only thing better is if they put that on the front page.
The project is not dead, trace back the updates by andryou usually a few months (sometimes quite a few) take place in between versions, but when an update comes out you usually see at least a dozen of issues being solved. So even if you are seeing no more betas for now dont blame anyone but yourself that you cant wait long enough ;), tbh the version I am using v1.0.9.3 has absolutely no issues for what I use it for. Chrome 73 Beta. Win 10 version 1809.
So dont give up just yet.
Well if it's still active they don't seem to care about bug reports and people posting that the project is dead. Otherwise they would have deleted this topic.
I never said it didn't work but Umatrix works better and it's updated constantly
Its only one person tho, so like do you expect one person to react to everything when there are hundreds requesting items? I get what you meant but I just wanted to verify that this is not "abandoned" take it as a slowly developing project, after all this is a free project and people dont tend to work extensively on free stuff, but Andryou still managed to push out some updates here and there. so yea just stay tuned and be patient ;) been using Scriptsafe for quite a while (since 2017-ish) now and I can certainly say that Andryou is going to be improving upon it.
