Certain domains not visible in UI when temporarily allowed/allowed

Visited this Twitch.tv page and found it required the algolia.net and algolianet.com sub-domains to be allowed for the page to display the proper results. (Initially this isn't obvious since those domains only show up in the ScripSafe list after entering a filter term in the Add Filter field.)

However after temp allowing or whitelist allowing those domains they're not visible in the ScriptSafe UI:

Not sure how many other domains this affects but is odd. Tested in Vivaldi with ScriptSafe v1.0.9.3.
