Reproduction steps

1. Go to PlayerManager
2. Add below snippet before setCurrentPlayer

    localPlayer.setPlaybackSpeed(2f);
    castPlayer.setPlaybackSpeed(2f);

3. Cast a video

This issue happens for repeatMode and playWhenReady as well, there might be more settings with the same issue

Expected result

CastPlayer should have the same playbackSpeed as localPlayer

Actual result

No change in CastPlayer playbackSpeed

I am seeing something similar. When trying to set the playback speed before playback has started on the castPlayer, it will not set properly. However, if I then call castPlayer.setPlaybackSpeed(2f) after playback has started, it seems to update properly.

I was seeing this on 1.3.1
