Add missing projects to `projects.conf`

The following projects were missing from the projects.conf file, so they were not updated when running update_versions.sh:

  • runner/AndroidTestOrchestratorWithTestCoverageSample
  • unit/BasicSample
  • unit/BasicSample-kotlinApp
  • unit/BasicUnitAndroidTest
