I ran into the same problem, I used version 5.1 queryProductDetailsAsync() to request product information, the received Respond Code = OK, but productDetailsList.size() is always 0, I tried to use billing4.0, but also failed to get product information , I have sent the app to the alpha track and passed Google's review.
