What I have done and why This is a step towards addressing #1325 In-order to create tests for DefaultSearchContentsRepository and DefaultRecentSearchRepository, we need fakes for NewsResourceFtsDao and TopicFtsDao

If this is accepted, we can go ahead to create a new PR for TopicFtsDao testdouble and then the final Repository Tests.
