Unable to see a working version of the app

When I install the activity and try to test it out, it errors out.

I have tried to debug 3-4 times.

Hey codesid, I was having a similar issue. What fixed it for me is the issue that is supposed to be solved in this pull request: https://github.com/googlesamples/android-CommitContentSampleIME/pull/1

Look into the files there to fix the issue
