CameraXBasic: "Permission request denied" after accepting permission.

Hi,

After running the application and accepting the permissions, I received a toast message that read "Permission request denied." Even after checking in the app info, all permissions were granted, but the camera still does not work.

Phone: Redmi 6 Android: 9 PPR1.180610.011

I also met this problem on my Samsung A3 2016 with Android 7.0.
